This Valentine’s Day, I invite you to slow down, breathe together, and sink into the subtle rhythm of connection. Whether that be with a partner, a friend, or someone dear to you.
Roses, candlelight, and chocolate covered strawberries set the tone, honoring the senses and creating a ritual that reconnects us to the deeper meaning of Valentine’s Day: presence, intimacy, and heart centered connection.
Through guided breathing, gentle sound bath immersion, and mindful presence, you’ll explore the resonance that exists when two beings meet in shared pulse and awareness. Feel your heart soften, your body root, and your nervous systems align in a tender, co-created field of love. Leave feeling more attuned, more alive, and more in love with the quiet magic of being fully present with another.
Cost is $50 per couple.
Yoga mats, meditation cushions and pillows are provided. You are encouraged to bring your favorite soft, cozy items from home to deepen into each other and the relaxation experience.
